Peer Reviewer Process
Every submitted manuscript undergoes an initial evaluation by the editor to assess its relevance to the journal's focus and scope, as well as its compliance with the journal's administrative requirements. Manuscripts that meet these requirements are sent to at least two reviewers through a Double-Blind Peer Review process, in which the identities of both the authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.
The reviewers provide recommendations to the editor to accept, revise, or reject the manuscript. The final decision regarding the acceptance and publication of the manuscript is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers' recommendations and the results of the peer-review process.
