• Authors are not permitted to withdraw a manuscript that has been submitted to the Journal of Research and Innovation in Education, as withdrawal after the editorial process has commenced constitutes a waste of the valuable time, effort, and resources invested by the editors, reviewers, and publisher in processing the manuscript.
  • If an author requests the withdrawal of a manuscript while it is still undergoing the peer-review process, the author will be required to pay a withdrawal fee of IDR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per manuscript as compensation for the editorial and review processes that have already been carried out. Furthermore, it is considered unethical to withdraw a manuscript from one journal solely because it has been accepted for publication or is under consideration by another journal.
  • If a manuscript is withdrawn after it has been accepted for publication, the author will be required to pay a withdrawal fee of IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Indonesian Rupiah) per manuscript. The withdrawal request will only be processed after the withdrawal fee has been paid in full to the publisher. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the author and the author's affiliated institution being placed on the journal's blacklist for future submissions. In addition, any articles previously published by the author in this journal may be removed from the journal's online publishing system.
